New Record for HDMI Fiber KING KABLE Releases Ultra-Slim Optical HDMI 2.1 Cable
2022-02-04
HDMI cable formats are evolving fast, from copper to hybrid fiber and then to all-fiber designs, pushing both distance and bandwidth higher. The KING KABLE G211 professional optical fiber HDMI 2.1 cable delivers 48Gbps and up to 100 meters within a 5.7mm diameter, balancing slim routing with professional signal quality.
The G211 complies with the HDMI 2.1 specification, supporting 8K@60Hz, 4K@240Hz, 4K@144Hz, 4K@120Hz and 2K@480Hz along with HDR and eARC, and remains backward compatible with HDMI 2.0 and 1.4 devices. Its conductors combine 10G pure optical fiber with copper cores: high-speed channels run over fiber while auxiliary channels run over copper, preserving bandwidth while keeping device handshake and power stable.
Shielding and materials are the other focus. The cable uses copper braided shielding, tinplate shielding and copper foil ring welding, together with II-VI lasers and Silicon Line chips, keeping jitter and bit errors within the tolerance of professional AV and high-refresh gaming displays. Connectors are HDMI Type-A male to male with gold-plated copper shells and an eco-friendly PVC jacket.
The G211 is certified to FCC, CE, ROHS 2.0 and REACH, operates unidirectionally (source to display), needs no external power and supports custom lengths and connector marking. It suits home theaters, high-refresh gaming monitors, professional AV installations, medical imaging and conference systems.
