KING KABLE Launches USB033 Optical Fiber USB3.1 Gen2 Type-A to Type-C Data Cable: 10Gbps over Up to 50m
2020-10-25
KING KABLE has released the USB033 optical fiber USB3.1 Gen2 Type-A to Type-C data cable. Compliant with USB3.1 Gen2, it delivers 10Gbps bandwidth, works with USB3.1/3.0/2.0 devices and reaches up to 50 meters, providing a stable long-distance high-speed link between Type-A hosts and Type-C peripherals.
The USB033 uses an electro-optical conversion chip with OM3 10G optical fiber conductors, copper fillers and Kevlar anti-pull yarns under an eco-friendly PVC jacket at 4.8mm diameter. High-speed signals travel as light, so the cable is immune to EMI and shows no significant attenuation with distance, preserving data integrity over long runs.
Connectors are USB Type-A male to USB Type-C male with gold-plated zinc alloy shells and die-cast zinc alloy housings for reliable contact. It has a 50mm static minimum bend radius, 100N long-term and 200N short-term tensile ratings and 200N long-term and 400N short-term crush ratings, suiting desk, cabinet and duct routing.
The USB033 supports the UVC video protocol, is unidirectional (host to device), plug and play with no external power, operates from -20C to +80C at under 90% non-condensing humidity, and is certified to ROHS 2.0 and REACH, available in 10m, 15m, 20m,30m and 50m lengths with customization. It serves data hubs, laptops, surveillance monitors, portable drives, industrial cameras and machine vision equipment.
