KING KABLE Launches HD011 Pure Optical Fiber HDMI 2.1 Cable: 8K60Hz/4K120Hz, 48Gbps, Up to 500m with Detachable MPO Design
2020-09-20
KING KABLE has released the HD011 pure optical fiber HDMI 2.1 cable with detachable MPO design. Built on a multi-core all-optical construction with an electro-optical conversion chip and no metal conductors, it delivers zero-EMI lossless transmission over distances of up to 500 meters for large venues and long-run engineering installations.
The HD011 complies with HDMI 2.1 at 48Gbps bandwidth, supporting 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz with HDR and eARC, and remains backward compatible with HDMI 2.0 and 1.4 devices. Because the transmission medium is glass fiber, the cable is immune to external interference and radiates no noise, suiting medical imaging, security surveillance and control rooms with sensitive electromagnetic environments.
The detachable MPO structure simplifies installation: fiber modules separate from the connectors, allowing conduit pulling before termination and supporting future upgrades. Connectors are HDMI Type-A male to male with gold-plated copper shells and die-cast zinc alloy housings; the cable is 4.8mm in diameter with a PVC jacket, a 50mm static minimum bend radius, 100N/200N tensile ratings and 200N/400N crush ratings.
Operating range is -20C to +80C at under 90% non-condensing humidity, plug and play with no external power (unidirectional, source to display). The HD011 is certified to ROHS 2.0 and REACH and supports custom lengths, jacket materials and connector marking for medical imaging, security surveillance, LED walls, government conference systems, broadcast production and marine applications.
